Cooper Archibald Manning (born March 6, 1974) is an American entrepreneur and television personality who is the host of the television show The Manning Hour for Fox Sports as well as principal and senior managing director of investor relations for AJ Capital Partners. He is the eldest son of former professional football quarterback Archie Manning, the older brother of former professional football quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Eli Manning, and the father of Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning.

Sources rept on March 6 that Pres Nixon authorized prosecution of Daniel Ellsberg after publication of Pentagon papers in June '71, even though Defense Dept objected to ct case on natl security grounds; publicly disclose Pentagon's objections to Ellsberg trial, noting that mil, for similar natl security reasons, officially objected to pending prosecution 6 mos later of 2 Navy men accused of funneling unauthorized documents from White House to Pentagon; Nixon in that case barred prosecutions for 'national security' reasons; Nixon's differing approaches to 2 cases is known to have raised question of whether he was acting both times in fair and impartial manner or whether he was invoking natl security argument for pol purposes
