North Korean Missile Could Be in Japanese Cross Hairs

The last time North Korea said it was launching a satellite using a long-range missile, Japan said it had the right to shoot the thing down. Government officials in Tokyo are now considering a similar warning, according to the Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper, after the North said it was gearing up for another satellite launch. Meanwhile, the North’s recent deal for U.S. food aid seems to have about as much chance of being completed as the satellite achieving orbit.
