Our dispatches from Washington inform us that no movement of the National troops took place yesterday. The rebels, however, in the afternoon, moved a large body of men from Fairfax Court-house towards Falls Church, with the purpose, as is supposed, of resisting any occupation by our troops of the ground reconnoitered on Wednesday, when the skirmish took place near Lewinsville. AT WORK.--Hon. MOSES F. ODELL, member of Congress from the Second Brooklyn District, has returned to Washington with a view to looking after the interests of the Brooklyn troops. Since the commencement of the war, Mr. ODELL has been assiduous in his efforts to benefit the condition of men who have gone to the seat of war from this city, and has in many instances rendered marked and valuable service.
