Wentworth Earl Miller III (born June 2, 1972) is a British-born American actor known for playing the role of Michael Scofield in Prison Break, for which he received a nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Television Series Drama in 2005. He made his screenwriting debut with the 2013 thriller film Stoker. In 2014, he began playing Leonard Snart / Captain Cold in a recurring role on The Flash before becoming a series main on the spin-off, Legends of Tomorrow.

Times and News Guild Raises Challenged by the Pay Board

NY Times and Daily News receive lrs from Pay Bd challenging 11% wage increases that became effective Mar 31 '72, under 3-yr contracts dated Mar 31 '70, between publishing cos and NY Newspaper Guild; Times says on June 1 that it was required to file with bd responses to certain questions within 21 days; bd lr stated that wage increase might be continued to be paid until there is further ruling from Pay Bd determining whether increase is 'unreasonably inconsistent with the criteria for wage and salary increases established by this bd'; News says it also recd list of questions to answer; Guild posts notices for members at Times noting challenge and informing them they would continue to receive current salaries at least until bd makes determination; notice says bd may order full hearing on matter and gives assurances that Guild's position will be made known to bd at appropriate time; says guild is hopeful that bd will rule that increases are not unreasonably inconsistent and should be allowed to stand; says guild is determined to take necessary and practical steps to insure that its members receive increases agreed to; bd spokesman says there is no precedent to indicate whether if increase is held to be unacceptable, portion in excess already would have to be returned
