Theodor „Theo“ Waigel (* 22. April 1939 in Oberrohr) ist ein ehemaliger deutscher Politiker (CSU). Er war von 1989 bis 1998 Bundesminister der Finanzen und von 1988 bis 1999 CSU-Vorsitzender. Theo Waigel wurde auf dem Parteitag am 18. Juli 2009 zum Ehrenvorsitzenden der CSU gewählt.
