STATION SPW, Warsaw, Poland, is a new ten-kilowatt broadcaster in the short-wave roster. The channel is 13,635 kilocycles (22 meters). Programs are on the air daily from about 11:30 A. M. to 12:30 P. M., New York time. Identification may be difficult until it is learned that "Radio Warszawa" is pronounced "Rawdeo Varshava."
