Sharlee D'Angelo (born Charles Petter Andreason, 27 April 1973) is a Swedish musician. He is the bassist for the melodic death metal band Arch Enemy, as well as the classic rock/AOR band the Night Flight Orchestra and the stoner metal band Spiritual Beggars.

D'Angelo has also been in various bands in the past, either as a studio session player or full member. These include Arch Enemy, Mercyful Fate, Dismember, King Diamond and Witchery.

EVIDENCE SNARLS ELLSBERG TRIAL; Angry Judge Sends the Jury Home on the Prosecution's Withholding of Material

Fed Dist Judge W M Byrne, presiding over Pentagon papers trial, on Apr 26 sends jury home after discovering that Govt has again withheld evidence from ct and defendants; incident is 2d during trial in which jury was sent home; asst prosecutor W B Reese tells ct that there is no conscious or deliberate effort on prosecution's part to withhold material, which consists of ints by FBI agents and other Govt investigators of several Rand Corp employes, including R Moorstein, R H Best and J Butler; excusal of jury involves type of material referred to as 'Jencks' material, which derives its name from case involving C E Jencks, NM labor leader who was convicted in Jan '54 of falsely signing non-Communist affidavit under Taft-Hartley Act; conviction was appealed to Sup Ct, which ruled 7-to-1 on June '57 that FBI repts that formed basis of testimony by Govt witnesses in criminal trials must be turned over to defense or case must be dismissed; Cong in '57 passed Jencks Act, which said that only authenticated or substantially verbatim pretrial ints by prosecution witnesses have to be given to defendants and those ints have to have direct bearing on witnesses testimony
