The steamship Africa, Capt. ANDERSON, which left Liverpool at 10 A. M. of the 10th, and Queenstown on the 11th, arrived at Halifax at 9 A. M. yesterday. She brought 13 Halifax and 74 Boston passengers. The French steamship Ville de Paris, from Brest Nov. 11, arrived at this City yesterday.
