By the arrival of the steamer Corsica at this port yesterdy, we have later advices from Havana, Nassau, and Santo Domingo. The revolution in the latter island presented no new features. Everything was quiet. At Nassau, N.P., the blockade business had assumed increased activi- ty. A dozen vessels were in port, bound on this trade. A rumor was current at Havana that the sloop-of-war St. Louis had sunk the pirate Georgia, off Canary Islands.

LATE ARKANSAS NEWS.; Incursion of Rebel Conscripting Squads Arrival of Cotton at Memphis.
Date: 27 November 1863
Late accounts from the Arkansas River represent that the country is subject to frequent incursions of rebel conscripting squads, and that the citizens have been compelled to band together for mutual protection. This state of affairs renders the ef- forts of the planters to gather their crops ineffectual, and the amount of cotton gathered will be small in comparison with the amount grown.

The steamship North Star, from Aspinwall Nov. 17, with $229,978 in treasure from California, arrived yesterday, bringing mails from South America and the Pacific Coast. The war between Guatemala and Salvador has ended, and BARRIOS, President of the latter Republic, evacuated the City of Salvador on the 26th ult., when the Guatemalian forces took possession. News from Quito to Oct. 31 fully confirms the report that war between New-Grenada and Ecuador is inevitable. Gen. FLORES (Ecuadorian) is reported to be on the frontier with 5,000 men, and MOSQUERA has gathered 3,000 to oppose them.
